Upper hinge gussets cut away
The boot floor has needed quite extensive repairs, and the rear panel itself needed replacement, though the slam panel of the original is retained. Also replaced was the rear crossmember below it. The petrol tank is supported on this so there's a jig in place to ensure the studs are aligned properly. Similar repairs were needed on the o/s arch tub to those on the n/s and the spring hanger was also replaced.

The n/s rear spring front hanger is the only one of the four that's salvageable
More horrible previous repairs in the o/s rear wheel arch, shock absorber mount and spring hanger area, all of which needs cutting out and repairing correctly.

The inner flange is is also rotten, so the damaged area has been cut away
n/s bumper mounting replaced
The n/s front bumper mounting replaced
The o/s front wheel arch has seen the same previous repairs as the rest of the car
n/s rear wheel arch tub repaired
Quadrant replaced
The n/s shock absorber mounting needed replacement.
As does the lower part of the wheel arch tub
This is the o/s rear spring hanger, bumper mounting, quadrant and rear quarter closing panel. It's always nice to be first in, but doesn't always happen. Percy has had lots of MOT welding in a past life
The lower quarter has been repaired previously and has since rotted further. It'll be cut away and repaired properly
